Nothing. There is zero cost to the arena. We cover the machine, the installation, the products, and all ongoing maintenance. You simply provide the floor space, and we handle everything else. In return, you receive a percentage of all sales generated at your location.
No — and this is something we take seriously. Our product selection focuses on consumables and emergency items that players need when your shop is closed or between shopping trips. We don't stock skates, sticks, or protective gear. Our goal is to capture sales that would otherwise be lost entirely, not to redirect traffic away from your shop.
We do — entirely. Our machines are connected via remote telemetry, so we monitor inventory levels and machine health in real time. We restock proactively before items run out, and we respond to any mechanical issues quickly. Your staff won't need to touch the machine.
Our machines are fully cashless and contactless. Players can pay with any tap-enabled credit or debit card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay. We intentionally avoid cash handling — it's cleaner, faster, and eliminates the need for change or bill validation maintenance.
Our machines have a footprint of roughly 30" wide by 36" deep and stand about 72" tall — similar to a standard vending machine. We work with your facility team to identify the best placement: typically near the change rooms, lobby, or main corridor where players and families pass through most.
Yes. We specifically source machines rated for cold-lobby environments. Arenas run cold, and we've accounted for that in our equipment selection to ensure reliable operation year-round.
